Recognized as the founding fathers of “Roto-Flo”, the rack rolling process, no one else possesses our knowledge or experience.

In July of 2005, U.S. Group, a private automotive conglomerate located in Detroit, Michigan, purchased the tool manufacturing division and the Roto-Flo machine product line from Textron Micromatic.

U.S. Gear Tools offers custom designed spline and thread roll racks, gear shaving cutters and gear hones to our customer’s specifications. Prototype development and production spline and thread rolling needs are also services supplied by U.S. Gear Tools.
